Barriers To Intentional Living

In this video I am going to share about three barriers that we all face on the journey to living more intentionally. And how you can start making adjustments today, that will impact your future in a positive way.

You want to get ahead. You want to plan better. You want to live more intentionally. You want to stop reacting to life and start being more proactive. However, there are barriers we all face on that journey.

The first barrier is what I refer to as tactical challenges. These are slightly more practical, easier to solve, and are a learned skill or behaviour. The second barrier is external realities. These are real problems, and a large part of them are out of our control. The third barrier is our internal beliefs, the personal mindset and deeply rooted values that we hold dear.

None of these three barriers are easy to overcome on your own. That’s why doing life with others is so important. We need support and accountability to make changes in our life.
